For the giver

For the one who has
everything but this

  • Mother's Day

The vase: her goat, her hens or the kids on the front, and whatever is blooming in it.

  • Show season

The market lamb, the steer, the mare that placed: the portrait for after the ring, from January's stock shows to August's county fairs.

  • Christmas

Their animal in window glass or on a tree slice. The order-by dates are on every page before you pay.

  • A retirement

The home place as it stood: the barn, the house and the lane, on the wall of the house they moved to.

  • A new barn

The portrait of the building before the first winter weathers it.

  • The one you lost

The horse, the dog, the old cow: drawn from the photo you kept, with the name if you want it.

How it's made

From your photo
to the piece

Your photo is drawn into a design by Tedooo's vision technology, and you see it before anything is made. Once you approve it, it is made to order in the finish you picked: set in glass mosaic on the vase, cut in stained glass for the window, laid in pigment under resin, built in cut glass inside clear acrylic, painted onto a real tree slice, or set tile by tile. More than 80,500 pieces sold.

The approved design is what gets made, with nothing added along the way. What you see on the screen is what goes on your wall, in your window or on your table.

exactly what our kitchen needed

Sarah M.United States
A white ceramic vase with a mosaic portrait of a Nubian goat on its front, full of daisies and wildflowers, on a wooden kitchen table in morning light, a plate rack, a kettle and a checked cloth behind

I put this little farmhouse vase on our kitchen table and it looks so lovely with fresh flowers. The shape and colors are just what I wanted. Even my husband noticed it!

love it in the window

Emily R.Canada
A round stained-glass suncatcher of a golden hen with her chicks hanging in a breakfast-nook window, the sun through it throwing colour onto a small table with two mugs and a plant

The glass piece looks so pretty when the sun comes through. We hung it in the breakfast nook and I keep catching myself looking at it.

beautiful above the fireplace

Rebecca T.United States
A framed mosaic panel of a Jersey cow on a blue and gold tiled sunburst hung above a rustic stone fireplace with a fire lit, a linen sofa, a lamp and a basket in the firelit room

We finally finished decorating the living room and this was the missing piece. The colors work perfectly with our wood furniture. Really happy with how it looks.

Questions from
the farm stand

What photo should I send?

One photo of the animal, the building or the people on their own, in daylight, the subject filling most of the frame. For an animal, a photo with the eyes clear and the markings showing works best for every finish; a phone photo from the barn is enough. If something in the photo should not be on the piece, a halter or a gate, say so in the AI touch box before you create the design.

Which finish should I pick?

Farmhouse Vase is your photo as a glass-mosaic portrait on the front of a white ceramic vase, for the table. Window Glass is a round stained-glass suncatcher for the window, the one that throws colour into the room. Harvest Gloss is pigment layers under a mirror-glossy flood of resin with gold leaf, the most colour. Clear Pane is cut glass inside a clear acrylic float frame, the most depth. Tree Slice is paint on a real slice of wood under resin, the most rustic. Field Mosaic is small glass tiles in a slim frame, the most pattern. One photo works for all six.

What sizes are there?

The vase comes 18.5 or 24.5 cm tall, Window Glass 20, 30 or 50 cm across, and the three panels and the tree slice 30 or 50 cm. Every price is on the product page and in the studio before you pay.

Can I add a name or a few words?

Yes. Type up to 20 characters under your photo, a name, a year or the farm's name, and it is worked into the design: on a glass banner under the suncatcher, in script on the tree slice and the panels, into the front of the vase. If it comes back with something you did not ask for, change it and draw it again. It stays free until you approve one.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes, and most leave as one: the show lamb after the fair, the mare, the home place for a retirement. Put their address at checkout and it goes straight to them. For Christmas or Mother's Day, checkout shows the estimated delivery date for that address before you pay, so you can see it arrives in time. The vase and the glass are the quickest; the panels and the tree slice take a few weeks longer.

How do I look after it?

Wipe the glass, the resin, the acrylic and the vase with a soft cloth, slightly damp if it needs it. The vase holds water like any ceramic vase; the mosaic on its front is glazed. Keep the panels and the tree slice out of strong direct sun for years of colour.
